District 4C4 turned over 1655 pounds of used glasses to be donated to the Lions in Sight in Vallejo, CA.

Emily Powell turned in a bag of used eyeglasses collected by Balboa H.S. students. Bob Lawhon reported the club received a letter of commendation from Lions In Sight of California and Nevada for donating 2300 pairs of used eyeglasses in 2007 through the effort of Lion Lionel Mayrand and the Lions Certified Collection Centers and Jackson/Hewett tax offices in San Francisco.
