Youth & Community Raffle Chair Bill Graziano reported club members and groups working with the club sold and purchased 1405 books of raffle tickets out of 1700 books in the club's possession. Ten club members did not return their books of tickets. The drawing dinner takes place this Saturday, April 5th.
5-8-08
Bill Graziano reported the list of winners in the Youth & Community Activities Raffle has been published. Six of the 50 total prize winners held tickets originated through this club.
7-3-08
Chairman Bill Graziano reported the club has received its check from the sales of raffle tickets and Bre Jones is overseeing the cutting and distribution of checks to groups participating with the club in sales of raffle tickets.
Treasurer Handford Clews reported the club earned a net profit of $2593.50 from the sale of Y & C A raffle tickets. Ocean-Ingleside was again the top district seller of these books.
9-16-08
Chair reported the books of raffle tickets are ready. Each club member is obligated to return at least four books fully sold with funds inclosed for same.
10-1-08
Chair reported the books of tickets will be distributed within a week.

Chair reported that nine members have turned in their funds and sold books.

Aaron Straus called for a turn-in of Y & C A tickets still in the hands of club members.

Youth & Community Activities Chairman Bill Graziano reported the turn-in of raffle ticket stubs and receipts is progressing.

Youth & Community Activities Chairman Bill Graziano announced the drawing/dinner will be at the Oyster Point Yacht Club April 4th at 7 P.M. $20 in advance, $25 at the door. About 1,200 books of raffle tickets were purchased or sold through this club.
